The penalty for not having a completed IHSB waiver form is clearly defined in the 2025–26 IHSB Rules and Schedule:
Rule IV(a) states:
“All players must complete the IHSB Waiver form prior to their first practice. Players competing in IHSB competition prior to completing the IHSB waiver form will be ineligible, and their scores will not be counted. In Baker games, the team score will be zero for the game.”
The official IHSB schedule adds:
“Bowler’s & Coaches Waiver Due October 6, 2025 (Late signup by the following Monday)… Any missing information will result in Bowler’s ineligibility after the above dates and will be subject to a score of zero (0) for any scores bowled in any conference competition.”
✅ Summary:
If a bowler (or coach) fails to complete the waiver:
They are considered ineligible to participate.
Any scores bowled before the waiver is completed are void (score of 0).
In team events like Baker games, the team score for that game is zero.
